  this news story about the latest move in china's preperations for the olympic games is just nuts.

  i avoid buying products made in china whenever possible (almost impossible).

  she has lost over 7 stone due to her cancer and is finding it almost impossible to eat now.....see the difference in a couple of years .. ......she has been giving all her belongings away too recently

  several jehovahs witnesses charities in the uk expressed concern that the draft guidance could affect their beliefs on blood transfusion.

  Would their charity status also be affected by the pedophile cases?

  Probably not the retrospective cases, but the law passed last year requires that any authority figure has to have a CRB check or they could have their charitable status removed.

  An authority figure is classed as anyone who a child or vulnerable person 'looks up to' and could come into contact with - so that could be elders, ministerial servants etc - even the guys with the microphone duties! If every hall hasn't done this they could be in big trouble.

  some time ago i wrote to you about the dangers of jehovah's witnesses and how they don't deserve charity status because far from helping mankind they are a real danger to it.

  Anyone in the know - have all the elders and other 'authority figures' had CRB's done? This is now a legal requirement for charities!

  We have an avid anti-fluoridation campaigner in our area who maintains that fluoride was added to the water in Northern Ireland to 'dumb down' the population into apathy and acceptance - hmm didn't seem to work! it also didn't help my niece's teeth - she still needed fluoride tablets during her early years

  she disass'd a few years ago and has been feeding them into the garbage.

  wtbs books aren't worth the effort of putting them on ebay (who i don't like anyway).

  Hi BONEZZ, have you got a copy of 'Life Everlasting in Freedom of the Sons of God' from the 1960s?

  I also wouldn't mind a purple interlinear if there are any more out there for grabs - it will be a useful complement to my green NWT!

  Yeah free2think - you'd have been there an hour earlier than everyone else lol! Talk about dedication eh? I think we have another couple of weeks to wait yet? Someone had better remind me then lol!

  Warning..........Windows Live Messenger Virus!

  i didnt see anyone post this, if so, sorry for the repeat!.

  my computer is infected, with a virus that was sent through windows live messenger.

  the file came up as a zip file that makes you think its a picture sent to you by someone in your friends list.. if you click it, your infected, and your messenger will freeze, or close every few min.
